In the interest of Health & Safety of our staff and  limited space/weight restrictions, it is requested  that passengers limit their luggage to 1 suitcase per  person, measuring no more than 26” by 15” by 8”  and weighing no more than 33lbs. In addition, each  passenger is allowed 1 piece of hand luggage of such  a size as can be stowed on the luggage rack or under  a seat.

Any lost property found on a coach will be held at the office address for 4 weeks. It is your responsibility  to collect the lost property from our office. After 4 weeks any uncollected items will be disposed of.

All coaches are fitted with seatbelts and have air conditioning (it is a legal requirement to wear your seatbelt). With the exception of water, all other food and drink are not permitted on our coaches unless the vehicle is at a designated comfort stop, which has been made en-route to the destination. Smoking is not permitted.

Due to space and limitations, we do not carry motorised scooters, only flat folding wheelchairs and walking frames.
